Through individual, couples and family counseling, Oasis helps women and families heal from abuse and trauma, recover from depression and anxiety, develop healthy relationships and coping styles, and meet the problems in their lives. The counseling program helps people increase self-esteem, improve problem solving skills, learn to set goals for their future and successfully cope with the challenges in their lives. Clients are better able to take care of themselves, their relationships, and their families. All treatment planning is based on the clinical mission of helping clients build resilience and self-sufficiency through the services they receive at Oasis.
